- *Shipping Options*: We offer standard shipping (3-7 business days) and expedited shipping (2-3 business days) across the USA.
- *Shipping Rates*: Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your package.
- *Tracking*: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
- *Delivery*: We deliver to all 50 states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

*Returns*

We want you to love your Bassoc purchase, but if you need to return or exchange an item, here's how:

- *Return Window*: You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- *Eligibility*: Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

- *Return Process*:
1. Email us at info@bassoc.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide a return shipping label.
3. Ship the item back to us.
4. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.
